couple of quickies

After spending the weekend in a suit and meeting the lady-friends extened family, I was desperate to go loose myself in a good route, so made a flying visit to craig arthur with ed and finnally got round to climbing digitron. It is a brilliant route at its grade and one I can see myself doing again, just what the dr ordered.

mini grit-trip

Spent the weekend at the roaches (one of my favourite crags) and got loads done.
Highlight would have to be bouldering the staffordshire flyer (v4) and the cube (v5) and soloing willow farm (E4 6a).
Also did the drowning pool from a stand start, psyced to go back and work the sit-start, and watched tom have a quick go at art nouveau, but even with three pads the landing looked horrible. After a quick guestimation I think you would need about fifteen pads to make it okay (so we may try and sort this out).
Tom also made a speedy ascent of wings of unreason (E4 6a) wich i filmed, check it out.

latest news

not been up to a massive amount recently. did a little bit of trad at the roaches and worlds end, and have been mostly bumming around grinshill. did have quite a good sesh a couple of weeks ago when i finally sent the conflict the added a new problem, "the victory" straight up the wall to the right. both ascents in the vid bellow

to much bouldering?

after spending most of the winter bouldering, I headed out to dinbren with ed and ginger t where we try our hand at when saturday comes, a cool 7c. although the moves themselves didnt feel to bad I found that I could only do one or two moves at a time.

Time for more routes and stamina training methinks!

not much going on.......

.....so i got myself a copy of flash and have been playing with it for the last hour or so.
I think i'm gonna ditch "nakey time films" and come up with a new, slightly cooler name and title.
